Watching mp4/avi files as I download them, I can't do it anymore :(....

For AVI files, it is likely an issue with the video player app you are using, since it is not a format supported by the iPad itself, but for MP4 files, the stock video player should be working fine.

Can you try a few of the sample trailer links located here:

and see if any of those work?

Using my own iPad3, they stream while downloading.

I wouldn't have thought you could do both at the same time. I guess it just depends on the web site in question. That may be where something has changed on the web site side.

The liNks u posted work fine dvdcat,
It used to work fine but now instead it playing the mp4 as it downloads it , I have to wait for it to download then open it in good player

Try uninstalling goodplayer temporarily.

If you visit my link in Safari, it should open the videos directly using the build-in video player.
