Ipad 3 or ipad 2??! Help

Hello everybody. I am new to ipad and i just bought 'ipad 3', but i am not really sure if its an ipad 3 because i checked there is no visible difference between the two. Is there a way i can prove that mine is an ipad 3. Thanks in advance.

If you have both take a picture with each and look at them. Clear difference

Check Serial number on back of I-Pad. I-Pad2 is A-1395, A-1396, A-1397. I-Pad3 is A-1416, A-1430, A-1403

Ok thanks so much guys. I have only the 'ipad 3'. Well i checked @ the back, the serial number is something else but under class B specifications there is ...A1416. So may its ipad 3 right?

definitely iPad 3

Another way to tell is to look at a photo on the iPad. If you can see the pixels with the naked eye, it's an iPad 2.
