Face time
Hi all,
I've got an issue logging into FaceTime, I've read a few various threads about people's problems logging into apple services but none the same as my problem.
I have a working app store login and password that work no problem when downloading and paying for apps.
But when I use it with FaceTime it says my email address is not verified, it then says it has sent me an email so I can verify it.
But I never get the email.
Any help anyone?

Hi there,
Can you go to your settings/FaceTime and see which email is set to receive and send FaceTime messages? Try that and see if that works for you.
Also, do you have an alternate email that you have set in your Apple Account that this message might be sent?

Nope I can not see anything regarding settings.
Face time puts a box up and says an email has been sent to the above email address. The above email address shown is my address but like I said I just do not receive the email.

Are you checking on your iPad or on your computer? If you can verify if it was sent on your computer
Also, try to turn off FT than turn back on.
And if you haven't done this...
Force the app to quit by pushing the home button twice to bring up your multi-task bar. This will show all the apps that you have visited. By long pressing the app in question, it will begin to jiggle-press the red circle with the negative sign on the app. It will only quit the app and not delete. Than try to re-open the app and test out.
If that doesn't work, restart the iPad by pressing the power switch down to power off.
Third is to do a soft reset by holding the power switch and home button together until you see the apple logo. Hope that helps!

Thanks skimonkey but just tried all you've suggested with no luck.
