Take it to an apple store (if possible) and see what the situation is in terms of a replacement.

Oh wow, that looks terrible. Have you tried to restart it? What's the current update? Did you take it to the apple store yet? I'd recommend getting a screen protector or a case to prevent that from happening again. Best wishes~
You never said that you dropped your iPad in the other thread. Unless you purchased AppleCare+,you aren't covered against accidental damage. If this is a hardware problem,you can expect to pay for the cost of repair. You should still call the toll free tech support number and discuss the problem.Originally Posted by ez111
