Dumb Question from a Newbie

I recently got the new Ipad 3 64gb 4g as my first Apple purchase & really love it, now my wife is soon to get an Ipad 2 32gb Wifi model. Mine was purchased at an Apple store a few hours away & was setup in the store by an employee. I haven't even installed Itunes on my computer yet but have only downloaded free apps directly on my Ipad so far. When my wife gets her Ipad 2 either at a local store or online, can she & I share or access the same Itunes account so if I "buy" an app for my Ipad 3, she can also install it on hers & vice-versa or would she have to also "buy" the app too to get it on her Ipad 2? Sorry for the dumb question, I am an Apple seedling... LOL.

That's the problem... She HAS been snatching mine up! Then, I would ask for it back after a couple of hours & she announced that she really needed to get her own. With what she wants to use it for, mainly playing simple games & FB, the iPad2 WiFi (32gb) should do just fine since I have the new 64gb 4g Model.
