    Ipad 3 and ipad4s

    Hi I have ipad3 and just got myself the 4s but when I go into App Store on 4s to get my fifa13 it's trying to make me pay for it and I already have it on my ipad I thought what ever you bought for ipad you get it on your iphone

    Nope, that's only true for universal apps.

    So, how to tell whether an app is universal or not ?

    The universal app will have a tiny plus sign in the upper left of the price button (in the AppStore). It'll show on both free and paid apps. Like this:

    Sorted it i was signed in on my new phone then I went to purchased apps and they wher all there
