Free app for templates for flyer

Hi
I need to make a flyer to pass out. (I will print them). What app can I use? I will want to have something that relates to condos-pictures of a house, kids, dogs, trees, flowers...
I find apps that say they are for 'email', but I am not going to send it. I will print them and pass them out.
I do want 'free'.

I don't know of anything for free. . .

but if you give up on free, Pages does a great job of making flyers. You can export as a PDF which is excellent for both viewing on a computer/tablet and/or printing.

There are 12 included templates, one of which is for a Flyer.

There are also several third party template collections/apps you can download. I have Templates for Pages by Nobody LLC. It's a whopping 99¢; 158 templates, 6 of them for flyers. A search for templates will give you an overwhelming choice of this kind of app, many for free (usually some templates are free with in-app purchases for more).

Here is the included flyer template in Pages. It looks like exactly what you asked for.





Anyway, if you do find an app that does what you want for free, please let us know. I'm sure you're not the only person who is interested.
