Actually that's a little confusing. Apple doesn't manufacture components, they design them. It's common knowledge that their products and the components making up those products are manufactured by third parties.Quote:

I don't think so...you can whack an iPad pretty darned hard without doing serious damage. I think Apple had them pull the ad for that reason...even when the screen shatters the glass doesn't go everywhere like that.Quote:

Hold on there cowboy, I use a screen protector on mines because I hate finger print smudges. However that's just me, I am a neat freak.
My experience is my screen protector keeps the smudges away and easier to manage. I used to like clean the screen every hour before I put on the protector.Quote:
