Projecting iPad screen on a 10 second delay

Hi Folks - looking for a bit of help here.

I want to project what is on the iPad screen [camera function] but with a 10 second delay so pupils in my class can see a recording of themselves immidiately after they perform an action.

Does anyone know how to do this or even if it is possible?
