About LinkBacksI updated to ios6 as the notification suggested. Ever since then no sounds will play on games or Facebook or videos through the speakers. Music/songs play but other sounds only play through wired earphones. Any thoughts or suggestions?

You've probably muted the iPad (or the update did it for you).
The Mute switch with either be the one next to the volume buttons or in the multitask bar, depending on your settings.
