I downloaded a free copy from iBooks for the iPhone. I think there is one for ipad but its not free. The iphone one has the iphone 5 on the front and says iOS 6 on the inside of the book..

Eventually a specific user guide to iPad should be issued but for now, there's quite a bit in the iPhone guide that's applicable to the iPad and iPod Touch ruining iOS 6.
