Yes but you need the camera connection kit, and a sync charge cable. Make sure you put the kit into the iPad then connect the cable into the CCK USB port then add the other end to the iPhone. But I'm pretty sure all this does is transfers your pictures from the phone to pad.
You can also get multiplayer games that connect. Depends what you want to do really?.

Try the bluetooth settings and pair the iPhone with the iPad

I want to send a video or music or fotos directly to iphone, without sending to itunes and from itunes to iphone.

For photos and possibly video, check out Photo Transfer App. It can transfer between iOS devices and PC and Mac. It uses wifi or Bluetooth.

Music could be a little more complicated. It all depends on what app you're using to play it. Check out iCloud and iTunes match, but I'm not up on that so much.
