Video & Audio Out of Sync in iPad 2

Hi all.. I've got a problem with my iPad 2.. Here's the story,
I always record a video with my Galaxy SII (mp4 format), then I copy the video file to my iPad with iTunes (i use photo folder sync features from iTunes - most right tab on iTunes).
The video appears in my Photo Library and played well, but the audio is always out of sync for almost s second..
I've been searching for the solution in google but i cant found any.
Can someone help me to fix this problem?

Sounds like the GSII is fluffing up the encoding to the mp4 codec. Something in the encoding is non standard for the iPad. Remember mp4 is the container, within that there can be variant codecs that may or may not play well for iPads.

In the transfer process, try re-encoding with something like Hanbrake, using the iPad default.

You may try Pavtube Video Converter if Handbrake can't handle your video well.
