I have now sold my Ipad2 and was wondering if i can transfer my purchased apps to the new owner?
i imagine Apple wouldn't allow it, but i thought i would ask

You are correct, Deejay. You cannot transfer apps you acquired with your appleid to another person. Something to do with copyrights, licensing, etc.

Transfer apps with Ipad2 to new owner
You could let them have your apple id though I'm not sure you are allowed. I doubt it
