    New Icons?

    It seems almost every time I install a new app on my jb iPad I get five new icons that show up. They're always blank white icons. They are: data activation, field test, iOS diagnostics, set up and ad sheet. Anyone know why?? I have to reboot the iPad to get rid of them.
