    some times in send videos and the arrive upside down or even side ways. have tried keeping ipad upright but still not working?

    Try the lock button on the upper left side of your iPad. that should lock the orientation for you.

    The correct orientation to prevent this is Home button down in portrait or Home button right in landscape.
