Your best bet is to close the mail app in the multitask bar, and restart it. That should sort things out.

Actually, i already deleted all my email accounts. Then put it back again. But nothing has changed.
I already switched off my ipad...and it still the same.

Unfortunately, rebooting is not the same as force closing, and won't help. When the iPad reboots, all of the apps are in the same state as they were before the reboot.

You need to force close the app, then restart it. This will start it again from scratch, and whatever is freezing it should be gone.

Either double press the home button, or do a four finger swipe up the screen to reveal the multitask bar.

Long press on any app in the multitask bar until a minus sign appears on the icons.

Touch the minus sign on the mail app and it will disappear from the multitask bar

Do a four finger swipe down the screen or press the home button once to return the screen to normal.

Now restart Mail and it should work.

Let us know if it doesn't and we'll go digging for other possible issues.
