You cant, without A LOT of trail and error of downloading various browsers that claim to do the job. And none really do.
Hello pommedeniege. Congratulations on getting your IPad. As sjleworthy advised, Flash software is not compatible with your iPad. There is a sticky discussing this subject in the new members forum. Read that sticky. What most websites or developers have done to get around the flash issue is create apps that allow you to view their content. There are many media apps in the AppStore.
