About LinkBacksMy sister is having problems with her FaceTime and Skype. When I will face time her she can her me but I can't hear her. We have tried restarting the iPad 2 and have checked to see if it's muted. Nothing has worked. She is very frustrated and we need help ASAP.

Could be a blocked microphone. The mike is just above the front camera. Use a vacuum cleaner to suck out any debris that may be blocking the hole. Give it about 2 minutes. Try to get a good seal. Then reboot.
