Please can anyone suggest a solution? Most of the apps on my iPad won't open. I have restarted several times, still nothing.

Is it jailbroken.Are all the apps that won't open from the itunes store?

Download Respring from Cydia and try it. It may fix your problem.

Since you've already rebooted it, try resetting it. You shouldn't loose any data by resetting it.

You might need to reset it, if that doesn't work then I recommend deleting the apps and re-installing them. Hope it gets fixed!
