About LinkBackssomebody used my ipad to log into their facebook account. I'm not a facebook user, but thought I would have a look. The person seems still to be logged in, and I can't find any way to log her out. So can anyone explain please how I remove this? I just don't get facebook at all!

You could just delete the app. If you decide you want it at some point in the future, you could download it, and all of the existing data will be gone.

If you haven't already done so you may want to password protect your iPad.This way people can't use it without your knowledge.
Go to;Settings>General>Passcode lock to set up the password.scifan57, iPad Forums Moderator

This isn't an app It's through safari. And I gave this person permission. She just forgot to log out and is now away. My ipad is password protected.

Waterbabies--if you go to the Home page of FB--there's an arrow in the right hand corner. Pull that down and you should be able to log out.

What do you mean you still don't get facebook? What exactly are you seeing?
Oh, you mean you don't really understand how to use Facebook, right? It get's some getting use to, that is for sure. Invite some friends and play around with it. Write up something in your status bar and see if anyone responds to your status--it is really fun to connect that way!
