    How can i download the iOS5.1.1?

    It says that I don't have enough storage yet I have 5gb of storage from iCloud available?!

    That won't count as part of your internal storage, though.

    Check how much Storage you have left on the iPad itself (Settings > General > Usage). You may have to (at least temporarily) delete some larger apps or files to make room.
