About LinkBacksAm unable to set Passcode OFF. In Settings, the only choice for Passcode is ON. Would appreciate help with this.

Does it look like this? As soon as you turn the passcode on,the off option becomes avail.

I'm betting you've got an iPad that is being administered by your company.
They have the ability to lock certain settings, especially security settings, and forcing Passcode use is usually at the top of the list.

If any of your email is through exchange you can not turn it off

Hey, I'm feeling a little dumb. Realized that in order to set Passcode to Off, I had to enter Passcode to get to screen where OFF is an option! Problem solved! Sometimes Apple is too intuitive.
