Do you mean putting several apps into a folder?

Touch and hold an icon until all start shaking. Then slide one icon onto another. You'll have a chance to name your folder or you can leave the suggested name. Slide any other icon into the folder. Then touch the home button to stop the shaking. Just touch the new folder to see and use the icons.

Now how do I move one app from one page to another page?

Press and hold until the app jiggles, then drag carefully to the edge of the screen and wait for the page to flip. Once you are on the correct page simple place in the desired location
