facebook problem via home connection

ok this morning i tried to log on to the facebook app with my ipad 2 via my bt home network and couldnt i also tried safari no joy! i disconected the wifi and connected via my mobile network yes it worked but as soon as i try via my home network it fails every time other websites/apps connect ok only facebook fails all other pcs connect ok on home network, so the question is whats blocking or stopping it on the ipad either on the app or via browsers?

Well that is strange behavior, you've got connection on other apps but not FB and Safari? I don't see why It would be able o from your mobile though. Try closing these apps completely, from the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. See if they are now working, if not try a restart. Press and hold the power off button, the one at the top right. You will see a slide appear to power off, slide this and the screen will go dark and a Whirly will appear. When the Whirly disappears your iPad is now off. Press the power button again until the Apple logo appears, this will take a few seconds and your iPad will restart. You should restart your iPad occasionally also as it will keep it running well. Now see if it is operating. Let us know how you go.

Same issue. FB working in 3G and network, but not in iPad or iPhone wireless.
