The short answer is "NO".
So far, Siri is only available for the 4S.
I read somewhere that the software is licenced from Nuance, and cannot be legally used on any other Apple device.

Oops. Sorry. I misread your post. I thought you meant Siri on the iPad, not Spire. I'll have to leave that to others, as I have no clue what Spire may be.
