changing settings

Hello, I am configuring iPad 2s for school use and I would like to set it so that no settings can be changed and the icons are locked. Is that possible? If so, could someone please walk me through it?

I don't think that you can lock the settings, although I would love to be proved wrong......but you stop them from loading or deleting apps in the restrictions tab in the Settings App, see this image.....

Hi, thank you. I did find this in the restrictions, but thanks for reminding me and posting the picture. I surely wish there were a way to lock everything, but I thought there might not be. Thanks again, Lisa
