    Syncing iBooks with PC

    I know there are a lot of iBooks questions, but I haven't found this one anywhere. I have PDF files on my PC that I want to get on my iPad. Before I would just drop them into iTunes, and plug the iPad in to the PC, and it synced fine.

    Then I updated to ios5. I was under the impression that I wouldn't have to plug the iPad in anymore. I'm still dragging and dropping the files like normal into iTunes, but they don't show up in the iPad. These are not files I purchased from iTunes, to be clear. I'm also sure I have the "sync collections and bookmarks" options checked.

    Did you enable wifi sync for this device in iTunes? It's under summary I think.

    Check your settings

    I sync via direct connection all the time and my .pdfs are synced just as my books are with no problem. iOS 5.0.1. I do not sync via wifi.
    If my Irish Wolfhound doesn't like you neither will I.
    2012 13" MBA, 2011 11" MBA, 2010 15" MBP, 2 iPad3s, 1 iPad Mini, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5. A bunch of iPods and an Apple TV.
