    Error upgrading to iOS5

    Hi. we just purchased a new iPad 2. Plugged in the iPad andattempted to update to iOS 5.0.1. The download seemed to complete butthen got error: “an error occurred while backing up this ipad(-5000)”. Did a bunch of Googling and a lot of people seemed to have thatsame problem and they fixed it by disabling MS Security Essentials. I did thatbut still get the same error.

    Any ideas?

    Did grbenny UPDATE Itunes on his MAIN PC BEFORE downloading IOS 5.?
