another solution to replace itunes ??

Hi all:

Tried to use itunes for playing music on my Ipad that is stored in my PC.
It worked only once or twice.Most of times I get a message that my library could not be found.

Same happens when using the remote feature so select on Ipad wich music I want to play on PC.

So my question is : is there any better solution for playing both ways ??

I know that dropbox can do the trick, but free space is only 2GB.

iTunes works well. You may play the music either on your computer or, if synced, on your iPad (not connected to the computer).

So I'm not lucky with itunes.
I've been trying and it's true it worked both ways but most of times I only get the message that my library was not found.

Thats the reason why I would like something more reliable.
