Can anyone help . Me and my girlfriend have just got a iPad each and we can't chat to each other it says we are not registered with iMessage . Does anyone no how to register ??? Would be a great help Many thanks

You have to verify the email address under iMessage settings. Mine is my iTunes email, but you can change to another. Also, make sure iMessage is turned on.

We are using out iCloud accounts ... For example my email is ------@ me.com . All settings are on and when you go on contacts and click person you won't to message . It comes up with a red ! By side so you press and it says person is not registered with iMessage .. ??? Anymore ideas ??

Have you confirmed under settings/iMessage that is the email to receive messages from? Other than that, I am not sure--except to change your email to another one that you have and try that one.

Are you in the iMessage app when you type your gfriend's email? If you go to the message app and press the square with the pencil and type her email, is this where you have problems? That is how I type a new message to somebody. Hope this gives you clarification.
