    I'm not completely sure I know what you are asking, but I'll go out on a limb and guess it's the Passcode Lock.

    You'll find the settings for it under Settings > General > Passcode Lock.

    I have the same issue. The option to turn off my passcode is 'grayed' out and I am unable to choose that option.

    This happens when an enterprise profile is loaded by your employer. Is this device a company device, or are you accessing company email through an exchange server?

    Yes, accessing company email through Exchange.
