If its a music video u can download it for free again on iTunes

Unfortunately its gone, I don't think there is an undo feature. Did you backed it up to iTunes?

Yeah, I think your only option at this point is as Dungeondan mentioned and that's to try and pull it from an iTunes backup if you have it.

Actually, I just did some quick googling and it looks like there are some 3rd party software that will restore it for you but I can't comment on how it works or if it is any good. If you google for 'idisksoft' you'll see what I'm talking about. Anyways, good luck..

Good call tek_1975, iDisksoft works on both Mac and Windows and has good reviews. The price is good if you find yourself needing to recover deleted files alot but I believe there is a free trial version.
