Completely new!!!

help! I am flying to England on Wednesday, from Cyprus, and myApple ipad won't work now. I need it becaus I am dumb - following a stroke - and this will "speak" for me via an app.

But now, as soon as I log on, I get a large iPad sign, and a slider. I slide this, and get immediately Wi Fi networks, that's all. My network is CYTA153654, but I forgot my password. So I cannot do ANYTHING!!!

Can anyone help, immediately, as I cannot talk myself.
