How to fix this in ituner say Ituner could not check for an update to the carrier setting for your iPad. An unknown occurred (1631)

Generally the 1631 error is the result of the SIM card slot being loose and/or changing or removing the SIM card.

This can usually be fixed by toggling cellular data on and off. Settings > Cellular Data > "On/Off".

If that doesn't work, ensure that your SIM card slot is secured properly then reset your iPad:

Reset the iPad: You can do this by pressing the Home button and the Sleep/wake switch on the top the iPad's case and holding them down together for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo. The iPad should then reset itself. The boot up process takes a few minutes and then the iPad should be responsive again. Reconnect it to your computer, open iTunes and click on "Check for update".

Not work.. I have try copy all file carrier bundles on iphone and copy paste to ipad (/system/library/carrier bundle.. And now the error is gone..
