    Go to websites using HTML5 players.

    I use the desktop version of YouTube on my iPad and many videos are now on HTML5. Loads faster than the native youtube app.
    But you'd have to turn the HTML5 trial on to use it. Just go to YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. and activate it.

    The iPad simply cannot play Flash movies - Apple has publicised this very widely and there are several papers on their website about this. You'll have seen, too, that Adobe have now abandoned their efforts to develop Flash plug-ins for all mobile platforms. There are literally dozens of threads on this Forum on this topic and 'workarounds' so have a look to see what other Members have done.
