    Downloaded apps only blink

    Week old iPad 2
    Down loaded 4 apps
    Yesterday the downloaded apps only blink and do not execute. Other apps function as expected.

    How do I fix this?

    confirm whether they are for ipad or only for iphone

    They are iPad apps and did function for several days then now only blink when selected.

    I downloaded a new app and it functioned OK. The previously non-responding apps now respond. No idea what the problem was but it seems to be fixed.
