Blue copy area including most of screen shows up while viewing web pages. I am not requesting it and don't know where it cies to, if I did request it. Can someone clarify?
It happens sometimes when you 'accidentally' touch the page in a way that Safari misinterprets...it happens to me all the time. Touch the screen lightly and it usually goes away...for sure, it's an 'issue'....

Can "copy" be set to go to a semipermanent place to combine with other copied info to then be printed?
If you have an app, such as Pages - or even the iPad's native Notes app, you can 'paste' the copied section to there, though you have to do this manually. It doesn't happen automatically and there's no way to make it do that.
