    Book Apps will not launch

    Book apps try to open and then nothing. I have shut down completely, removed all ebooks, with no success. Ideas?

    Which particular book app is causing the problem - is this iBooks or Kindle or one of the many others? You say you've done a complete power down - i.e. by holding the Power button down until the slider control appears - but that didn't fix the problem? Is this the only app that's affected?

    Get back to us and we'll come up with some suggestions.
