About LinkBacksJust recieved my ipad2. I cannot get it turned on. I am being blocked by itunes and it will not go any further. Advise.

Do you mean activate or do are you not being able to turn on the iPad at all?

You have to activate it first. This requires a computer with the latest version of iTunes on it. Or if that is not possible you can get it activated at the Apple store
In your box there is a little white envelope sort of thing. Inside is a card with a picture of an iPad on on side and starting out instructions on the other.

In my case iPad Master is just another way of saying can't keep his mouth shut, or fingers off the keyboard.
