Call them and other stores. I got a replacement same day at a sold out store.

I spoke to someone from the store where I bought it from. They said that they would have to order another one for me and I will switch out my old one when the new one arrives. I will call other stores.

I just exchanged mines in the store for a brand new one. The customer service there was excellent!
