Apple lowered the prices on the IPad 1

I would hate to loose $100 when I return my un used iPad to apple in exchange for the new version. I might just sell it closer to the original price.

Not sure that makes sense. Why would I buy the Ipad from you for $499 when I can buy it from apple for $399?

If you've bought an iPad in the past two weeks (standard Apple return policy?), you can opt to turn it in or get $100 refund. Now I'm glad I returned my iPad as soon as I received it back in January.

Yeah, that's pretty sweet. But I've no regrets having my original iPad since two weeks after it launched.

I'm just amazed that they kept the prices the same for an improved device, no matter how you look at it.
