As far as I know there is no 'Flash' player for any iPad. Also, take a look at this excellent thread by Mickey330 Flash and the iPad

There are various apps in the AppStore that convert Flash to a form that can be viewed on the iPad. Several are mentioned in the thread Roy Rob linked to in his post.
