    Edit in Dropbox?

    How can I edit Pages or Word docs in Dropbox on iPad. Works fine on a Mac.

    Edit in Dropbox?

    Unfortunately, you can't edit files directly in Dropbox using the iPad. You can see the file in Dropbox because it has a viewing function. But, to make changes to the document, you'll have to download the file (via the "Open In..." function) and make changes to the file in an app that supports that file.

    Then, after the changes are made - you can re-save back to Dropbox.
