How to 'hide' files on my ipad

going away on holiday and I wanted to know if there is an app that I can download onto my ipad that will allow me to either 'hide' folders or at the least password protect them.
Don't want anyone to access my email etc.

Unless your iPad is jailbroken, you can't password protect individual apps and folders. You would have to delete your mail account to stop someone else from being able to view it.

As I can't get cydia or icy as an app download I assume that means the ipad isn't broken.
