My iPad's voice dictionary while typing

While I type in my iPad the dictionary pronounce the wordings
I want to deactivate that
But I dunno how to deactivate it
Any solutions please ???

I imagine you can change the setting in the "accessibility" section of "general settings"
There appear to be some that are to do with voice over and auto text that you could check out and maybe reset to see if that does it.
