What program works on ipad 1 to use to keep track of a stock portfolio ?

On my regular computers I use Yahoo but it doesn't seem to work very well on ipad.

Does Apple have a preferred 'portfolio tracker' program ?

Hello Billout, I use several apps to keep track of my stock/equity investments. I say several not because I need that many apps but when I bought this iPad 1, I just kept getting apps until I found the one that suited me the best. I am a long term investor and I look for equities that provide regular dividend payouts and allow me to buy incremental shares through that company's dividend reimbursement plan.

I use Portfolio Mobile & Stock Tracking app. There is a lite version that is free. I have attached several screens below of the app. I like this app the best because it is very easy to use. It is easy to keep with quarterly dividend payments. The app can keep track of mutual funds, bonds, etc.

Yahoo does have an app specifically for the iPad and I use it instead of on the Internet via Safari--that is very small print! It is called MarketDash. It is excellent for providing news on companies.
