Does anyone knows how to download much to the iPad with using iTunes or a Mac?

THen go to cydia and download safari downloader and iFile. thereafter you can download any content (MP3, PDF, etc...) to iPad and open it through iFile.

There is another software called iFiles (with s) in the appstore which does it for you. All you have to do is to open iFiles and it has a inbuilt browser. you can download content and play it through the inbuilt iFiles browser.

If you are jailbroken then you can try with safari downloader and iFile. You will find it in cydia. I think this is what you were asking.
