Downloaded Book from itunes but it won't show up in iPad

Hi There,
First time here!

I am having a problem with a book I downloaded. I was on iTunes and downloaded "Bierbaum - Walt Disney World 2012" on to my Windows computer. OK, OK, I know, I will be buying a MAC very soon!

However, that isn't the problem, it shows up in my iTunes account on windows, but when I try to drag it to my iPad it won't transfer it. I have also tried connecting to iTunes through my iPad but it says it has been downloaded. I can't find it on my iPad.

What am I doing wrong? Please be gentle, this is my first time.

You need to download the ibooks app. It doesn't come pre installed.
