[HELP] I was trying to print by using fingerPrint with my IPad1.

i got fingerprint for my ipad which version is 5.0.1. The thing is I can print web pages in safari,

but when I try to print the photo in photos app, it doesn work. what happen?

honestly mine is IPad 1. So, I tried to use my friend's which is IPad 2 with ios 4.3.

and also tried with IPhone 4. They all work well in both photo and web page printing.

what's the problem with my ipad1? Does anyone know about it?

Give me some advice.

NOTE: both the iPad and computer must be on the same wifi network, best to check this first. If not then, I had the same problem. Support at 'fingerprint' said to switch off router,iPad and computer. Start router first then iPad and computer. Check to see that both iPad and computer are on the same wifi network. This resolved my problem

What is fingerprint? Searched app store no luck. Looking to print from Ipad1 to a network printer that is not airprint capable. Running IOS 5.0.1 and printer is on a PC
